 Derek was born & raised in St. John’s, NL and has served the general public in all areas of their Real Estate needs with Relocating Families in the Oil & Gas, RCMP & Military sectors in particular - since 1987
Community involvement is very important to Derek and he has actively served as Chairman of the Fund Raising Committee for the Gander Chamber of Commerce & Assistant Hockey coach for the midget all stars in Gander and various other volunteer organizations.
Since joining organized real estate in 1985 Derek has also served his Local Real Estate Board as Secretary, Chairman of the Ethics Committee and Arbitration, plus Past President.
In addition to acquiring his RRS designation {Registered Relocation Specialists} in 1992 – Derek has had the pleasure and privilege of working with many Relocating Families and their Company Relocation Officers from all around the globe and all walks of life. Helping Families Relocate is what he does best!
